Complaints procedures
Finchtree Group has a complaints and notification procedure. A customer and/or other party involved that finds fault with the actions of a member of staff of Finchtree Group or service provided by Finchtree Group can appeal to the Board of Directors. We assume that notifications are made in good faith and are expressions of a genuine and well-substantiated concern. We assess all notifications with the greatest care. We will process your complaint or notification confidentially.
